Virtual Recording Studios

Well alright, so it begins! I originally started looking into blogging for two reasons. Both involving the recording studio I own on the North Side of Indianapolis called Virtual Recording Studios (www.VirtualRecordingStudios.com). Technically it's located in Noblesville Indiana, but it's a great studio rising quickly to rival the big guys in Indy! The reasons for blogging are as follows...

1. I want to get a system going for clients of my recording studio to post comments and testimonials. I'm a recent college grad running a studio in a world very skeptical of recording studios for many valid reasons in fact. There are many "hack" recording guys out there dishing out bad quality projects. I was told that this could be a great venue, if integrated into my website, for clients to let potential artists know that I am great to work with and work on a high level of standards... especially in a world becoming more and more tolerable and accustomed to music that is recorded poorly . It's hard to simply write that on an info portion of a website and gain credibility and trust with the community that is interested in recording their life's passion. It's much more effective coming from someone else for sure!

2. I also was looking into this for search engine optimization. It quite obvious that ranking high in search engines with popular keyword searches relevant to the industry, will give a recording studio and edge over another. That appears to be true in any industry. If it can help in that respect, then blogging for my recording studio is at an utmost interest level!

Well, that will do it for now... I'm curious to see how this looks. Feel free to check out the studio's site! It's www.VirtualRecordingStudios.com
